Information Technology (IT) provides technology services to the entire college community, extending to all buildings and residence halls. An array of servers and services provide the campus with email, file, application, Web, phone, and print services. Please do not hesitate to contact Information Technology.

Q: Do you provide Alumni email accounts?
A: No, the college does not provide email accounts to anyone who is currently not associated with the college.
Q: Who is the campus webmaster?
A: The campus web site is maintained by the Marketing and Communication Department of the college. The webmaster is Rick Sweeney ricksweeney@bac.edu.
Q: Is the campus network open to the public?
A: Only wireless access is provided to the public and is available in several public spaces on campus. Belmont Abbey College reserves the right to monitor Wi-Fi activity; filter content and otherwise control or prohibit usage.
Q: Is there an access fee for wireless?
A: No, Belmont Abbey College is providing this service free of charge to the community. However, individuals must have their own equipment, wireless card and software. No account or password is required.
Q: Does IT sell its old computers and printers to the community?
A: No, the college does not sell off its old equipment. The equipment is used until end of life.
