IT now offers expanded service through a web-based online helpdesk (AccessAble). Instead of phoning your help request into IT, you can request support through a web form and can receive answers to your questions via the web or another method of your choosing. You can check the status of your request on-line. Support requests are handled according to established polices.
To use the online helpdesk service, you must have a valid User ID and password. Your User ID provides you access to campus online resources such as your local workstation and web based email. We strongly encourage you to make use of this system. To log on to the online helpdesk, use one of the two links located on the main page for logging onto the helpdesk.
