Due to limitations, the Helpdesk only takes into account the first 15 characters of your username. If your username is more than 15 characters, you only need to enter in the first 15 characters. If you username is less than 15 characters, enter in your username like normal.

Note: When you have successfully submitted a help desk request, you will receive an email and be sent to the Support Requests Grid that list all of your request.

If you click on submit and you still see the help desk request you were entering, you will see an error message at the top of the request stating what you need to correct.
