* Problem Reporting Tips

When reporting a fault, please be as informative as possible. This will greatly speed up our investigation process. As much as possible, please provide the following information when reporting a problem:

  • a brief description of your issue
  • If this is an Outlook Web Access or other internet-related issue, please provide the Internet Explorer version you are using, your Operating System (version of Windows), and also the Internet ISP you are subscribed to Our technical support team will do the rest to help you resolve your problem in the shortest time possible.
